About Us!

The Churchill School PTFA would like to say a warm welcome back to the whole school community after what has been a very unusual time for us all.

As you know, recent circumstances have meant that many PTFA events did not take place during covid such as the sponsored Speed Bounce, Father’s Day shop and the Summer Fayre.  These events are a great treat and opportunity to socialise both for the children and adults, as well as raising money for the school.  We have been working hard to find new and exciting ways to raise funds.

Like so many other charities, the impact of Covid-19 has put a big dent in the PTFA’s funds, but we know that there are many enthusiastic, resourceful, and committed parents amongst us who will endeavour to continue with PTFA events and get us back on track!

We are currently raising money to continue to fund a school minibus for another 5 years. As with all things, the costs for this have increased and we iwll have to dig deep to continue to fund this provision.

The festive season is just around the corner and we are planning some online events and activities which will enable us to once again, provide Christmas crackers and party hats for the children to enjoy with their school Christmas lunch.
