Please watch the powerpoint for music today. Click on the notes to access the songs on youtube, with the permission of an adult. To do this, do not put the slideshow on. (apologies - my original video was removed for copyright, which I was unaware of, when filming) Enjoy singing the wonderful songs and try to get your family singing them too! Last year, Year 6 visited a local home for the elderly and actually sang the songs.
Today for some of this lesson you will need a measuring jug, different containers eg mug, empty bottle, kettle Please do not worry if you haven't got these things. It's not a big problem. If you had some weighing scales and some house hold items that you could weigh that would be good too. Watch the video first to see what you might need. I do not expect the children to write down the word problems on this video. I forgot to say to label them 1, 2, 3 etc and to show all their workings out for each question.
