Homework
Homework at primary level can be a valuable way to reinforce learning and build positive habits. At Churchill, we aim to ensure that home learning is purposeful, manageable, and supports our pupils in becoming independent learners as they prepare for transition to secondary school.
Home learning is also a great way to support your child’s learning at home and establish clear routines that will benefit them throughout their education.
Homework in the Early Years (Reception)
In Early Years, we focus on learning through enjoyable, shared experiences. We also include weekly home learning challenges which are sent home to encourage exploration and creativity, they are linked to the learning in class.
