Arethusa February 2004
As the week went on we took part in more activities that taught us to work as a team.
We went to Rochester Castle, there were great views from the top. We walked from there back to Arethusa
We went on a beach scavenge along the banks of the Medway. We looked for old clay pipes.

On Thursday we tried the high ropes. It was a real challenge. We were a bit scared but everybody encouraged us to do our best.

One of the hardest things we had to do was leap from the top of a tall pole to catch a trapeze.

We tried our hands at archery. We were put into teams to try and solve a murder mystery!
One evening we sang songs around a bonfire on the beach. Other times we played games in the hall.
On our last morning we played trust games and had to work as a team to solve problems.

Eventually it was time to pack our bags and catch the coach home.
We all left Arethusa with fantastic memories!
