experinced childcare workers who have a wide range of responsibilities within
an early years setting For
candidates who have no formal qualifications then a minimum of two years
experience is essential.For
candidates who have less than two years experience, you must have a level
2 or equivalent relevant qualification.Essential skills

candidates must be prepared to work as part of a team and have good communication
skills.
A
portfolio of evidence will be submitted by each candidate. This will show
evidence of the practical skills, knowledge and understanding required
to successfully meet the NVQ standards
