You will be allocated an assessor who will guide you through the award. Your assessor will help you to reflect on your practice and support you as you gather evidence to meet the NVQ standards. This is an ongoing process and you will meet several times throughout the year.
Direct
observation
Your assessor will help you plan your observations throughout the year. Each observation will be followed by positive feedback, professional discussion and the opportunity to reflect on your practice.
Your
assessor will liaise closely with your setting manager to discuss your
professional development.
